Animal rights activism in Spain.
AnimaNaturalis is an advocacy organization working for the rights of animals in Spain and Latin America. In Barcelona they hold regular demonstrations to raise awareness about the number of animals killed in Europe's fur trade. Pictured here is one of their wintertime actions in Plaça de Catalunya, where protestors lay naked on the pavement covered in fake blood, inviting onlookers to imagine them as the animals possibly killed to create their winter coats.
