Chris Thao Trinh is a Vietnamese-American photojournalist and multimedia reporter. Their work traverses themes of migration, identity, human-nature relationships and how climate change and colonialism impact communities of the global majority.

Their photos have been published in The Guardian, Geographical Magazine, Vice, Grist and elsewhere.

They have also photographed for various mutual aid, humanitarian and environmental justice organizations, including Indigenous Environmental Network, Najda Now International, Misr El Kheir Foundation and Stay Grounded.

Based in Beirut, Lebanon, Chris splits their time between the Mediterranean Basin, Southeast Asia and the United States, and is conversational in English, Spanish and Arabic. They are available for assignments worldwide.
